All training packages include a cardio and exercise prescription so you know what to do on days you do not train with your trainer. We give you all the tools you need to succeed!

Semi-Private personal training:

Fitness training for two or three individuals designed to help participants obtain their fitness goals while maintaining close supervision from a certified fitness trainer and having the added motivation and comradery of fellow participants. Participants are grouped by goal assessment and fitness levels. If you do not have one or two others to participate we will find them for you.

Group personal training:

Fitness training for groups of four or more individuals designed to help participants with weight management, cardio conditioning and body sculpting. Participants enjoy the comradery of fellow participants at a very economical rate. If you do not have a group we will find one for you.
