  • Individual Consultations -
1 hr consultation (includes dietary assessment, meal plan, computerized diet analysis).  Consultations follow a realistic and practical approach on your individual dietary needs.  Your registered dietitian will develop a customized diet/meal plan to fit your daily routine. Diet analysis will focus on your dietary needs and goals by tailoring your specific caloric requirements and balancing macronutirients to meet those needs . Your registered dietitian can also tailor your plan based on any health or medical issues you may have.  In addition to diet analysis, the registered dietitian will also provide guidelines and tips on dining out, eating on the run, grocery shopping, and healthy cooking. Meal plans can be as simple as simple caloric needs or as specific as a cycle menu.  Includes a follow-up consultation.
  • Follow up Consultations -
Follow up consultations focus on readjusting the diet plan to compensate for changes in the body.  Meal plans will be reviewed and reformulated.
  • Grocery Store Tour -
Tour includes dietitian accompanying you to your grocery store of choice.  Your dietitian will assist in shopping, choosing diet plan appropriate foods, reading labels and costing value.
  • Diet Assessment -
This tool provides information on your diet quality and gives insight to your nutrition base.  Your dietitian will review your current diet based on a three day diet diary recorded before your assessment.  From the diet assessment, the dietitian can determine the caloric and macronutrient needs, and identify what nutrients are under or over consumed.  Diet assessment allows your dietitian to identify food patterns or preferences, and make adjustments to your diet to include healthier food choices.  Diet assessment is the most important tool in developing a meal plan for you.
  • Computerized Diet Analysis -
A computerized diet analysis utilizes your age, weight, gender, activity level and daily diet, and calculates a personal nutritional profile.  Computerized analysis is the quickest method of analyzing the nutritional content of your diet and allows your dietitian to determine if the daily menu consumption is providing adequate protein, carbohydrates, and fat.  By monitoring the balance of these macronutrients (protein, carbohydrate, fat), your dietitian can help you to achieve their dietary goals and improve your energy levels.  Your dietitian will tailor your plan based on any health or medical issues you may have.  In addition to macronutrients, computerized analysis allows for assessment of those vitamins and minerals that may be deficient in your diet.
  • Meal Plan or Cycle Menu -
Meal plans are built from the diet assessment and computerized diet analysis.  Meal plans are developed to meet dietary needs and goals by tailoring your specific caloric requirements and balancing macronutrients to meet those needs.  A meal plan allows you to incorporate balance and flexibility in your daily meal consumption because your meal plan is based on your personal food preferences.  Personalization of the meal plan gives you a better chance of sticking to the meal plan because it is 'your' food choices.  Better adherence to the meal plan equals better dietary success.

  • BMR  (Basal Metabolic Rate) Diagnostic Testing

BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) testing assesses your unique metabolic rate using medical grade diagnostic equipment.  Find out exactly how many calories a day you need to lose, maintain or gain weight.
  • Consultation for Chef Services -
Includes diet assessment, computerized diet analysis, and meal plan/cycle menu.   All consultations will be with chef - no individual client consultation.
